Records - Discogs app for iPhone

Finally. An iPhone app for us record collectors out there.

It's called Records and it's the first product from a group of four guys in Finland called Parasol. They came up with a simple solution to a problem that faces anyone that's sifted through bins of records.

Here's what it is (taken from their site):

    Picture This.

Ever been shopping at a flea market or a used record store? You’ve found a 12" record that just might be the hottest rare disco single that no one’s ever heard, or it could be Hungarian polka from the 1960s. There’s no way to know without getting some more information, and the store doesn’t have a turntable for some odd reason. What to do?

    The Solution.

Records for iPhone or iPod Touch helps you find information on that record you’re holding in your hand, fast. Records uses Discogs.com, one of the largest and most accurate music databases on the Internet. No more slow googling, Records is fast with EDGE or even GPRS.

The app is available here from the iTunes App store for $1.99.

    Awesome work guys!
